Hi! My Name is Gage, and I created Grid52 as a way to streamline the process of mapping and understanding the technical architecture of a company. I work in Revenue operations, so this comes loaded with key functionalities I was manually compiling.

Notes, Sales Process, Import, Tool drawer

You can now annotate every tool in your stack, map tools to your actual sales process, bulk-import a stack in seconds, and click into any tool for a full detail view.

NewNotes view: annotate every tool: cost, owner, renewal date, integrations. Saves instantly, syncs to your account. A purple dot on chips shows what's been annotated.

NewSales Process view: map your tools to each step of your sales motion (Prospect → Qualify → Demo → Proposal → Close → Onboard). Customizable: toggle steps, add your own.

NewImport Stack: paste any list of tools (comma, newline, mixed) and Grid52 fuzzy-matches against 500+ tools and adds them in one click.

NewTool detail drawer: click any chip to slide open a panel showing native features, stage coverage, and inline-editable notes.

NewGap recommendations: the score panel now surfaces the top 3 suggested tools for each uncovered stage. Click to add.

NewDelivery funnel toggle: flip Funnel view to post-close mode (Onboard → Retain → Expand → Refer). The trapezoid inverts.

FixImport modal was rendering outside its wrapper: appeared raw at the top of the page on load.

FixRace condition on dashboard load: the new-grid wizard was firing before Supabase finished loading grids.

ImprovedToasts invert to white in dark mode: much more readable against dark backgrounds.

ImprovedFooter replaced with proper SaaS footer. Buy Me a Coffee removed from all pages.

Auth, shareable grids, and the first real social surface

Added magic link authentication so grids follow you across devices. Made grids shareable with a read-only link: useful for handing an audit to a client or teammate without giving them edit access.

Real backend, 500+ tools, and a split codebase

Replaced cookie persistence with Supabase anonymous auth and a proper grid database. Expanded the tool database from 120 to 590+. Split the single HTML file into maintainable CSS and JS.
